  • Print and packaging brand services involve designing physical materials and packaging that reflect a brand’s identity, ensuring consistency, visual appeal, and a memorable experience for customers at every tangible touchpoint. Something unique, recognizable and memorable.

  • Digital and web design services create engaging, user-friendly online experiences that reflect a brand’s identity, including websites, apps, digital campaigns, and interactive content across all digital touchpoints. La Fabrique can also provide content and copywriting services. We do front-end coding, we use CMS or site like Webflow to minimise dev cost and time. Speak to us for a full quote.

Design Process

My approach to crafting brand is fluid and bespoke, shaped around the unique story, vision, and audience of each client. We combine strategy, behavioural science, and audience insights to guide discovery, then translate these into creative concepts, refine them into compelling visual & voice expressions, and bring them to life across every touchpoint.

  • We start by understanding your business, needs, goals, and vision as well as your audience. This conversation allows us to outline a tailored approach and provide a clear proposal and budget for your business.

  • Once the proposal/quote has been reviewed and approved (signed), we align on scope, deliverables and timelines, making any necessary refinements before moving forward. A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work.

  • Through research, workshops, and audience insights, we uncover your brand’s essence, values, and purpose, creating a strategic foundation that guides every creative / content decision so it is aligned with your business. I call this a Brand Blueprint.

  • We explore two creative directions (concepts) for review. One direction is then selected and refined through two rounds of focused feedback to ensure the final outcome aligns with your vision.

  • Once the concept is approved, we develop it into a refined and complete brand system or assets, from brand identity, packaging, or web design to marketing collateral, tailored to your chosen services based on your budget as per agreed proposal.
    Optional: A set of templates can be done based on proposal and budget.

  • We finalise the project with polished deliverables, implementing your brand consistently across all touchpoints and providing a style guide to ensure long-term cohesion.

  • Once a clear strategy, brand direction and visual identity are established, we can support the creation of content (reels, post, videos…) for your social media and digital platforms.

    It’s important to understand that developing a brand blueprint, marketing strategy and core brand assets/templates is a separate process from ongoing day-to-day content creation for social media and websites and typically comes later in the process.

    Ongoing content production is not automatically included unless specifically outlined within the scope and quotation.

  • From content creation, the process typically involves establishing analytics on selected platforms (Google, META..) and performance tracking, testing different approaches, analysing results and refining over time. There is always a period of experimentation and optimisation until the brand and content help generate ‘leads’, however the brand voice, tone, identity, messaging and product direction should remain clear, cohesive and consistent throughout , and aligned with the broader business and marketing strategy.
